Paso 2: Firma del Acuerdo

Firmar tu Acuerdo Inicial: Utiliza el formulario digital que encuentras abajo para leer el Initial Consultation Agreement. Deberás ingresar tu Nombre, Email, la Fecha del día de hoy y cargar tu firma digitalizada en formato JPG.

BETWEEN:

Humberto Brinez, a member in good standing of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC), Membership ID R408207, with VISA CND, located at 170-422 Richards Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, hereinafter referred to as the "CONSULTANT".

AND:

The individual completing this digital registration, hereinafter referred to as the "CLIENT".


1. Authorization and Purpose

The CLIENT hereby authorizes the CONSULTANT to provide an initial consultation regarding Canadian immigration matters.

The purpose of this consultation is to discuss general immigration matters, review information provided by the CLIENT, and provide preliminary guidance based on the information available at the time of consultation.

2. Description of Services

The CONSULTANT and the CLIENT hereby agree to the following terms regarding the scope of this engagement:

  • Service Provided: The service is strictly limited to a single conference call or consultation session to discuss general immigration aspects, immigration objectives, eligibility considerations, and potential immigration pathways based on the information provided by the CLIENT.
  • No Ongoing Representation: This Agreement does not include legal representation, document preparation, document review, application submission, communication with government authorities, or ongoing advice regarding future immigration processes. Any future representation or immigration services will require a separate formal Retainer Agreement.
  • IRCC Compliance: All information provided during the consultation is given strictly in accordance with current Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) policies and publicly available information available at the time of consultation.

3. Client Responsibilities

The CLIENT agrees to provide complete, truthful, and accurate information. The CONSULTANT relies upon information supplied by the CLIENT and shall not be responsible for conclusions or recommendations resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or omitted information.

4. No Guarantee of Outcome

The CLIENT acknowledges that the CONSULTANT cannot and does not guarantee:

  • Approval of any immigration application;
  • Eligibility under any immigration category;
  • Future policy changes;
  • Government processing times;
  • Specific outcomes.

Professional opinions provided during the consultation are based solely on the information available at the time of consultation.

5. Fees

The agreed-upon fee for this initial consultation conference call is: CAD $200.00

6. Terms of Payment

  • The total fee of CAD $200.00 must be paid in full prior to scheduling and commencement of the consultation.
  • This fee exclusively covers the consultation time and shall not apply toward future retainers or services unless expressly agreed in writing.
  • Consultation fees become earned upon completion of the consultation and are non-refundable once the consultation has taken place.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

The CLIENT may request to reschedule the consultation with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the consultation fee.

8. Electronic Communication and Signatures

The CLIENT consents to the use of electronic communications, video conferencing platforms, electronic payment systems, and electronic signatures. Electronic acceptance of this Agreement shall have the same legal force and effect as an original signature.

For consultations purchased through the VISA CND website, selecting the acceptance checkbox and completing payment constitutes acceptance of this Agreement.

9. Agreement and Acknowledgment

By signing below, the CLIENT acknowledges that they understand the strictly limited scope of this initial consultation. The CLIENT confirms understanding that no ongoing representation, processing services, or future advisory role is guaranteed or implied beyond the parameters of this specific consultation.
